Belmond El Encanto has brought the Bellini to Santa Barbara from their sister property, the Belmond Hotel Ciprani in Venice, Italy, where the Bellini was born. The Bottomless Bellini Brunch is offered every Sunday from <strong>11:00am to 2:00pm<\/strong>, where guests can feast on decadent, seasonal dishes while enjoying breathtaking views over Santa Barbara on the Terrace at Belmond El Encanto. Choose from a selection of starters including <strong>Smoked Salmon<\/strong>, <strong>Ahi Tuna Salad<\/strong> and <strong>Charred Vegetable Salad<\/strong>, while sipping your <strong>Bottomless Bellini<\/strong>. Main course options range from traditional brunch favorites like <strong>Brioche French Toast<\/strong> with Nutella and bananas, and traditional <strong>Eggs Benedict<\/strong>, to indulgent <strong>Roasted Salmon<\/strong> with artichoke ratatouille and braised spinach or <strong>Jidori Chicken Breast<\/strong> with brown butter mashed potatoes, garden vegetables and minute-dried tomatoes. Guests can look forward to a <strong>dessert bar<\/strong> to end the feast, and enjoy sweet sensations including macaroons, tarts, chocolates, Mille-Feuillet and more.
